RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Request an eligible return within 7 calendar days of delivery. Contact us first with your order number and the items you wish to return; wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything back.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged, with original tags attached. Please retain the original packaging where reasonably possible.
Voluntary-return exclusions apply to final-sale items, gift cards, personalised or made-to-order pieces, and pre-orders once production has started. Faulty or incorrect items and applicable statutory rights are not excluded.
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return an eligible item for a refund, then place a new order for your preferred size or style, subject to availability.
Customers normally pay voluntary-return shipping; original shipping and import charges are generally non-refundable. After receipt, inspection and approval, refunds go to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. Your bank may take longer. Different rules apply where required by law or where we made an error.
EU/EEA consumers may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right, subject to legal exceptions. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
