Voluntary returns within 7 days

For an eligible item, request a voluntary return within 7 calendar days after delivery by emailing orders@warlordkid.com. The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged, with original tags attached and, where reasonably possible, its original packaging. Wait for approval and return instructions before sending it.

Voluntary-return exclusions

Where law permits, final-sale items, gift cards, personalised or custom goods, made-to-order goods, pre-orders after production has begun, used or altered goods, items without original tags and unauthorised returns are not eligible for a voluntary return. These exclusions do not override statutory rights or remedies for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods.

Cancellations and problems with an order

For an eligible order that has not been fulfilled, request cancellation within 15 minutes of ordering by emailing orders@warlordkid.com with your order number. Later cancellation cannot be guaranteed. If a product arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact the same address within 7 calendar days after delivery with the order number, item name, explanation and clear photos or video. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy required by law.

Exchanges, return costs and refunds

We do not offer direct exchanges. If a return is accepted, you may place a new order for the preferred item. For voluntary returns, the customer pays the cost of sending the item back, including any duties, taxes, insurance or handling incurred on the return shipment, unless we agree otherwise in writing or applicable law requires otherwise. WARLORDKID covers applicable import charges on the original delivery as described in our Shipping Policy. Use tracked shipping and keep proof of posting.

After receiving and inspecting an authorised return, we will notify you of the decision. An approved refund is issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days; your financial institution may take longer to show the credit. For voluntary returns, the original USD $29 standard-shipping charge is generally not refunded unless applicable law or our error requires otherwise. Applicable import charges on the original delivery are borne by WARLORDKID and are not separately charged to the customer.

EU and EEA withdrawal right

EU and EEA consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to statutory exceptions. If an order arrives in separate deliveries, the period may run from receipt of the last item. Before the deadline, send a clear withdrawal statement to orders@warlordkid.com with your name, order number and the goods concerned. We will give you return instructions. Return the goods within 14 days after giving notice, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

For a valid withdrawal, we reimburse the eligible goods and the least expensive standard delivery option where required by law, within the period required by applicable law and using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received or you provide evidence of sending them. Personalised goods and certain unsealed hygiene goods may be excluded when the law allows. Your statutory rights take priority over our voluntary-return conditions.

Failed delivery

Provide an accurate, complete delivery address. For a parcel returned after refusal, non-collection or an incorrect address, we review any refund after the parcel reaches us. Costs may be deducted only where permitted by law.
