Shipping Policy

Order processing

In-stock orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days after payment authorisation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. We send a dispatch notice and tracking details where available.

Pre-orders and special-production items

Pre-order, made-to-order, personalised and limited-production items may require additional time. Any available estimate will be shown on the product page or in your order confirmation. When an order contains both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, we may dispatch them together when all items are ready unless we confirm separate shipments.

Destinations and delivery estimates

We offer delivery where carrier coverage allows. The destinations and services available for your order appear at checkout and may change because of local restrictions, carrier availability or trade-compliance requirements.

Standard shipping: USD $29 per order (or the local-currency equivalent shown at checkout); estimated 7–15 business days in transit.

Customs checks, carrier handovers, weather and local conditions can extend these estimates.

Charges, tracking and address corrections

Shipping charges are displayed before you complete checkout. Please check your address and contact support@warlordkid.com immediately with your order number if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee a change once processing or dispatch has started. Tracking events are supplied by the carrier and may not appear immediately.

Import duties, taxes and customs

Standard shipping is USD $29 per order (or the local-currency equivalent displayed at checkout). For an order we accept for delivery, WARLORDKID bears applicable import duties, import taxes and customs-clearance charges; we do not add a separate import-charge line for the customer at checkout. If those actual costs exceed the USD $29 shipping charge, WARLORDKID bears the difference.

We arrange for import charges to be paid through our shipping provider where that service is available. If we cannot deliver to your destination on these terms, we will contact you before dispatch to arrange a no-extra-cost alternative or cancel and refund your order in full. If a carrier or customs authority unexpectedly requests an import payment, contact support@warlordkid.com before paying where possible. If you have already paid an applicable import charge for your order, email your order number and official receipt to orders@warlordkid.com for reimbursement. Customs authorities may still request documents or information from you.

Delivery issues

Carrier delays, customs holds and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. If tracking shows delivery but the parcel is missing, email support@warlordkid.com within 7 calendar days of the delivery scan with your order and tracking details. If a parcel is refused, uncollected or returned because of an incomplete address, we assess any refund after it reaches us and may deduct costs where permitted by law.
